Significance
At Safeguard Healthcare, our contract-to-hire agreements set a length of time for which the team member will work for our client as employer. At the end of the contract period, our clients can decide whether to make the Safeguard-sourced employee an offer for permanent employment or release the employee.
Types
Safeguard Healthcare may act as intermediary, recruiting candidates for specific IT and/or revenue cycle management openings. Under such arrangements, Safeguard Solutions collects a fee during the contract period and may receive a bonus if our candidate-employee is hired on a permanent basis.

Safeguard Healthcare clients may benefit from the Safeguard Solutions contract-to-hire arrangement by having an opportunity to see how the employee works in the client environment during the contracted period, without the expense or liability of hiring the employee directly. The employee benefits by getting to know our client’s culture before committing to a permanent employment arrangement.
