At Safeguard Healthcare, our contract-to-hire agreements set a length of time for which the team member will work for our client as employer. Our clients can decide whether to make the Safeguard-sourced employee an offer for permanent employment or release the employee.

Types

Safeguard Healthcare may act as intermediary, recruiting candidates for specific IT and/or revenue cycle management openings. Under such arrangements, Safeguard Solutions collects a fee during the contract period and may receive a bonus if our candidate-employee is hired on a permanent basis.
